Registration is strictly managed per person and per day to maintain seating capacities across specialised venues. Group packages or multi-day bundle passes are not supported in order to ensure fair access. Delegates must register separately for each designated date they plan to attend.

Meetings are matched mathematically through registration inputs detailing organizational capacity, research assets, and specific partnership requirements.
InnoDays 2026 operates bilingual streams. Keynote presentations, regional consortia workshops, Demo Day pitches, and international panels run primarily in English. Dedicated domestic governance, public policy, and local regulatory tracks run in Romanian.
Badges are strictly personalised and tied to a unique digital QR code generated upon registration confirmation. On-site badge printing and scanning desks will operate at all venues, with high-capacity registration stations active at Moldova Digital Park on Thursday from 08:00 to 13:00.
